A  Design / Build spec house located in Nederland, Colorado.  The project is 3,000 square feet modern design  that offers stunning views to the Continental Divide (3 miles away) from the expansive glass in the Living room. The home and glazing is designed structurally to withstand winds in excess of 100 MPH.
